What we collect
When you submit the Request Manpower or Join Our Workforce forms, we collect the details you enter: name, company, phone number, email address, service requirements, site location, trade, experience and city. If you contact us on WhatsApp, phone or email, we keep the correspondence.
We do not use analytics cookies or tracking pixels on this website. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance.
How we use it
To respond to manpower requests and job applications, to prepare quotations and deployments, to onboard workers (including statutory PF and ESI enrolment) and to keep records required by law. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to your enquiry.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are transmitted through a third-party form service (Web3Forms) to our mailbox. Worker information is shared with government portals (EPFO, ESIC) as required and with the client site where a worker is deployed. We may share information when required by law or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years. Worker and payroll records are kept for the periods required under labour and tax laws. You can ask us to delete information we are not legally required to retain.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or withdraw consent for its use. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
