Service 01
Civil Works
Structural crews for every stage from footing to finish.
Scope
What our crews handle
Civil work is where headcount swings hardest — a pour needs forty people on Tuesday and fifteen on Thursday. We supply skill-graded masons, bar benders, shuttering carpenters and helpers in crews sized to your pour and brickwork schedule, with a supervisor who reads drawings and keeps the muster honest.
- RCC shuttering and de-shuttering — plywood, steel and aluminium formwork for columns, beams, slabs, retaining walls
- Reinforcement cutting, bending and tying to bar bending schedule, cover blocks and chairs placed
- Concrete placement and vibration for footings, rafts, columns, slabs and lift walls; curing regime maintained
- Brickwork and blockwork — clay brick, fly-ash, AAC and solid concrete block, with lintels and sills
- Internal and external plastering, ceiling plaster, plaster of Paris punning and corner beads
- PCC, foundation excavation dressing, backfilling and compaction assistance
- Cuplock and H-frame scaffolding erection and dismantling with trained scaffolders
- Waterproofing support — integral compounds, crystalline coatings and brickbat coba under supervision
- Site levelling, grade checks and layout assistance for engineers

FAQ
Good to know
Yes. Share the pour calendar and we ramp headcount up and down against it — the supervisor coordinates directly with your site engineer.
We skill-test masons before deployment and grade them (structural, plaster, finish). Tell us the specification — say 12 mm plaster in two coats — and we send the grade that matches.
No. We supply the crew; formwork, scaffolding material and tools are yours. Hand tools like trowels and plumb lines come with the workers.
