Flooring & Tile Works
Tiling and stone teams that hit line, level and lippage.
Scope
What our crews handle
Floors are the finish everyone sees. Our tile and stone masons work to the lippage and joint tolerances your architect specifies — spacers, levelling clips and laser lines are standard — and our finishing helpers handle screed, grout and protection so the floor is handed over clean.
- Vitrified, ceramic and porcelain tile laying on floors and walls, with spacers and levelling clips for lippage control
- Large-format and slab tiles (up to 1200 × 2400 mm) with double-notch bedding and suction lifters
- Granite, marble, Kota and sandstone laying, polishing and edge finishing
- Cement-sand screed and self-levelling underlayment to falls in wet areas
- Epoxy and cementitious grouting; sealing of joints in wet and food-grade areas
- Epoxy and PU floor coating support — surface preparation, grinding and application assistance
- Skirting, dado, stair nosing and threshold work
- Paver block and kerb-stone laying for driveways, plazas and yards
- Waterproofing coordination under tiled wet areas and terraces

FAQ
Good to know
A mason-plus-helper pair typically lays 25–40 sq m of 600 × 600 vitrified tile per shift on a prepared screed; large-format and wall work is slower. We size the crew to your handover date.
Yes. Our masons are trained on cement-based adhesives (C1/C2), notched-trowel bedding and clip-and-wedge levelling systems as well as conventional mortar bedding.
