Scope
What our crews handle
Welding is a trade you cannot bluff — a bad root pass shows in the radiograph. We deploy certified ARC, MIG and TIG welders, structural fabricators and diamond core-cutting operators for openings in RCC, with test coupons available on request and a fabrication supervisor who owns fit-up and finish.
- SMAW (ARC), GMAW (MIG) and GTAW (TIG) welding of MS, SS and aluminium sections and pipes
- Structural fabrication — beams, columns, platforms, staircases, handrails, cable-tray supports and trusses
- Pipe welding for utility and process lines; fit-up, tack, root and cap passes to WPS
- Diamond core drilling in RCC from 25 mm to 300 mm for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire sleeves
- Wall sawing, chasing and concrete cutting for openings and service routes
- Chemical and mechanical anchor fastener installation to load spec
- Grinding, surface preparation, primer and finish painting of fabricated items
- On-site erection and bolting of fabricated steel under the erector's supervision
- Welder qualification test coupons (3G/6G) arranged on request

FAQ
Good to know
Welders carry ITI or equivalent trade certificates and are practically tested by us. For code work we arrange 3G or 6G qualification coupons with your third-party inspector before mobilisation.
Core-cutting rigs and bits come with our operators. Welding machines, gas and consumables are normally the site's, but we can arrange machines on hire for short scopes — ask when you book.
