These terms apply to your use of https://demo.crewforge.co.in and describe the general basis on which Crew Forge Services Pvt. Ltd. ("CrewForge", "we") supplies manpower services. Specific engagements are governed by a written work order or contract, which prevails over these terms.
Use of the website
Content on this website is provided for general information about our services. Statistics, timelines and coverage described here are indicative; availability, rates and deployment dates are confirmed in writing for each requirement.
You may not misuse the website, submit false information through its forms or attempt to interfere with its operation.
Quotations and engagements
Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. An engagement begins when we confirm a work order in writing. Rates are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise and are subject to change with notice for extensions beyond the agreed duration.
Our responsibilities
We supply workers who are identity-verified and covered under PF and ESI, issue personal protective equipment, provide supervision as agreed and replace workers as described in the work order. We remain the employer of the workers we deploy and are responsible for their wages and statutory contributions.
Client responsibilities
The client provides a safe site, site-specific inductions, tools, materials and plant not agreed to be ours, and the statutory licences and supervision applicable to the work (for example, electrical contractor and fire-system licences). The client remains the principal employer under the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 for the purposes of that Act.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the affected period of service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
